- 5 oz container spinach
- .25 - .5 cup heavy cream
- 1 - 2 tbsp butter
- minced garlic
- .5 - 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1 - 2 oz shredded melting cheese
- 1.25 - 2.5 tbsp shredded parmesan
- heat a large skillet over medium high heat, add spinach and cook until wilted stirring constantly. Remove from skillet, drain in colander removing as much liquid as possible.
- Melt the butter in the skillet over medium high heat, add garlic and onions. Add the spinach. Stir in heavy cream. Sprinkle in cheese, stir until thickened.
