Original Recipe



  1. (in advance) Sous-vide chicken seasoned with salt + pepper at 150 for 1 - 4 hours, chill and freeze
  2. Bake bacon in 400 F oven.
  3. Prepare bacon
  4. Preheat grill to high
  5. Wrap cherry tomatoes in foil
  6. Grill chicken for about 10 minutes, grill onion and cherry tomatoes (in foil) for about 15 minutes flipping regularly.
  7. Dice grilled onion
  8. Cube chicken
  9. Mix onion, tomatoes, chicken, mayo, and cayenne pepper. Chill for at least an hour
